3-17 May (excluding Tue 6 & Mon 12 May)

Performance/Theatre Company info Performance details

Go behind the scenes at The Natural History Museum where the smell of mothballs still lingers in the air, and enter a torch-lit space. Here fact and fiction become one as a team of inventive young artists offer personal and fantastical stories in the Museum of Modern Oddities.

A museum without walls, where beauty is found in the mundane and where the ordinary becomes the extraordinary THE AGE, AUSTRALIA

After the performance, contribute to an expanding collection of ’pocket ephemera’ in the Museum’s North Hall. Small objects tell stories - rummage in the bottom of your rucksack, handbag or pocket and make a contribution - give it a label and place it in the curated display of everyday life.

Presented by LIFT in association with The Natural History Museum and by arrangement with Cultural Pursuits Australia With support from the Commonwealth Government of Australia through its arts funding and advisory body, the Australia Council and the Australian High Commission
